For the 2023 holiday season, Home Depot wanted to show their appreciation for their employees - the doers who made 2023 shine bright. The “Whole World of Joy” campaign aimed to elevate real employees who live their values to the fullest - showing up at work with customers and fellow associates, amongst their friends and families, and throughout their broader community.
Over the course of six day shoot, we travelled to three states capturing these employee stories. We then cut the footage into a :30 commercial, as well as, three documentary-style films for their “Behind the Apron” series.
